If you want to hear what worked (or at least I'm sure it helped a lot) for me, I'll tell you. Who's kidding who? I'll tell you anyway. A smaller plate at the dinner table and none of those "favourite foods" after the kids were in bed. Which meant I ate a lot less of them because I had to eat them during the day and since I didn’t want them eating them, (because you remember my issues with sharing!) I couldn't eat them when they were around. Also, walking the two and a half blocks every morning for my coffee was more expensive than making it at home, but also more waist friendly.
I wish you luck, my dear. Baby pounds are evil, but not impossible to shed. (Mind you, I was never a size six. Ever. well, maybe when i was six . . .
